Daily habits, lessons and challenges – develop a new positive eating habit every 2 weeks, and stay on track with your goals.
Daily Accountability – receive a daily check-in notification asking if you have followed your daily habit. Simply answer with a YES or NO.
Track Progress – track your daily progress directly from the app or web.
Track measurements and progress photos – visibly track your transformation over time.
Message Your Coach – direct messaging right within the app.
